Being a native New Yorker and having lived in many other cities. I can tell you there is no other place like New York City. I started my real estate career in 2006. Since then many things in the market have changed; the one thing that has not changed, clients need a place to live. I feel it is my duty to assist people with their real estate needs, be it renting, buying or selling. My key to helping clients is listening to their wants, needs and finding the true pain of the client's search and helping them through it. Studying the market makes it easier for me to educate clients about the market. Years of building strong relationships with clients, landlords, listing managers and property owners, have helped me learn the ins and outs of the New York City market.
