Lidiya was born and raised in Carpathian region, Ukraine and moved with the family to US in 2000. While working on her bachelor degree in Business Management from Touro College, she worked as a manager/CEO's right hand for R&S Creations private jewelry company for 4.5 years. There she managed and hired employees, marketed new jewelry pieces as well as help design them. Ms. Oros had an opportunity to coordinate and travel to different jewelry trade shows with her team such as JCK Las Vegas, JA New York, IJT Tokyo and JIS Miami. With desire to be on her own, Lidiya joined her sister in 2010 to help establish their own team and expand business network professionally. Together, they have build and trained team of strong real estate agents who work with her on various residential transactions with plans to expand into investments and development. Ms. Oros specializes in Residential Leasing and Sales. During the last five years she has exclusively represented owners/sellers and buyers in residential real estate. Her strong appreciation for architecture has grown to love real estate. To balance her schedule, she continues maintaining her solid relationships and works on developing new partnerships through networking events which she helps to organize. During her childhood, Lidiya traveled extensively in Europe to hundred of music competitions/festivals with her sister in duet and received numerous awards. As a hobby, Lidiya writes and records songs, practices ballroom dancing, designs handmade jewelry and was recently nominated with a prestigious award representing Ukraine as an artist. She speaks Ukrainian, Russian and English. In 2014, Lidiya became certified negotiation expert followed by her obtaining certified buyer representative certificate in 2015. Earlier this year, Lidiya received NYREI Property Management certificate. |
