Gary has been active in the Real Estate Industry for almost three decades, he entered the industry flipping houses and quickly recognized the potency of the real estate model. Mr. Kiyan then became an active agent first starting in the down town rental market and later transitioning to the sales market, this of course was a pre-internet era and Gary has been a participant in the ever evolving real estate market place. Gary was eventually recruited to managed firms based on his success as a rental and sales agent as well as a firm background in high level managment in both the public and private sectors prior to coming to real estate. He has a "roll up your sleeves", "can do" attitude as both an agent and a manager, he believes in overpaying with service whether it is an client, property owner or agent. Gary's passion for helping others has helped him to become one of the premier trainer/coach-mentors in the Manhattan market place. Mr. Kiyan has served as the Co-Chairman of the Residential Rental Committee for the Real Estate Board of NY(REBNY) multiple times and is the present Senior Co-chair through 2016. This coupled with expert negotiation skills has helped him carve out a respected and meaning full real estate practice here in the big apple. Outside of real estate Gary is a long time martial artist and accomplished musician which helps him create the proper balance and harmony in order to serve as the best leader possible. |
