Paul Belec has been in involved in all facets of real estate for more than 25 years. He has extensive portfolio management experience in both commercial and residential real estate, with a specific focus on Class A & B Buildings. Belec's six-year stint as Inspector of Buildings Systems and Operations for the New York City Department of Buildings is a valuable asset to his clients. Belec has thorough knowledge of and insights into all neighborhoods of Manhattan which he gained from the variety of evaluations and inspections of properties he conducted first-hand. He has a unique ability to evaluate all aspects of real estate, including the value of amenities and services that will help each client find the residence or business location that best fits individual expectations and budget. He believes that it's not only important to show clients what is available, but also help them avoid unnecessary expenses.
