Stephanie Tiboris |
"Soup to nuts" service is what real estate professional Stephanie Tiboris provides all her clients. Stephanie is there each step of the way in the buying and selling process to tend to every need and detail. In fact, she'll probably fall in love right along with you when you find the perfect home or buyer; that's how involved and passionate she is about her work.
Her seasoned knowledge coupled with her big personality and contagious laugh make all aspects of your experience enjoyable and rewarding. No matter what the budget or neighborhood, Stephanie treats people with respect, patience and courtesy. She particularly loves working with first-time buyers and newcomers to NYC, lending her ear and expertise to make their journey positive. Stephanie can think quickly on her feel and is a natural problem solver; so she can smooth over the stress of a transaction with grace, creativity and finesse. Sales is in her blood, which explains why she's so good at reading clients. Her brother is a successful wealth manager, her dad is the top concert producer at Carnegie Hall, and her mom was a prominent hotel sales executive who now also works in wealth management. Stephanie herself worked in concert sales for five years and has been focused on real estate since 2007. She believes that finding the right agent is like finding the right partner. "It's all about chemistry!" Living in NYC and raised in New Jersey, Stephanie went to high school in Charlotte, North Carolina and college at Syracuse University where she studied theatre. When not constantly reading up on the real estate market and showing or previewing properties, she enjoys taking cooking classes, traveling to Greece (her family's homeland), and volunteering in her community. |
