“The Dynamic Duo of Rosemary and Wen made my apartment search painless. My company is relocating me from our Los Angeles office to our New York office. Having lived in NY before, I was dreading the inevitable apt searching madness. A week before flying out to NY, I began to peruse apartment rental sites. I found Rosemary through a listing and she responded quickly and patiently to all of my worried questionings. In preparation for our call she sent me real time video files of the apartment, the surrounding area, the lobby, and the amenities. Then during our call she re-showed the apartment meticulously, throwing in ideas for furnishing and again answering all of my questions. I felt comfortable and absolutely satisfied enough to submit an offer even before my trip to NY!! She sent me the application and listed the approval steps. Rosemary was very professional, super friendly, and easy to work with.
Then I had the pleasure of meeting Wen through email. She walked me through the board approval process and also patiently answered all of my questions. Wen too was very thorough and quick to respond. I could tell they were working diligently behind the scenes to make sure that both the landlord and I were comfortable enough to proceed. It took a few days of back and forth negotiations but Rosemary and Wen kept me updated and calm.
I have to admit I even texted Rosemary late in the evening eastern time and guess what? She still responded quickly and thoroughly, offering to call me to put my worrying mind at ease.
These two are simply amazing and a delight to work with. I can't recommend them enough. I still haven't flown to NY yet but I had to tell Yelp about these two. It is difficult for agents to put a type A person on the opposite coast at ease enough to rent an apartment without even looking at it in person. Rosemary and Wen did it with flying colors.”
