Previously the Director of Recruiting and coach for City Connections, in addition, Mary is an Associate Broker who has worked in the real estate industry since 2002 as both an independent contractor and in executive management roles. Mary worked her way up in the business as a rental agent in 2002 to selling million dollar-plus apartments. She was recruited to serve as Director of Recruiting and on the executive management team for Citi-Habitats, and there after City Connections. Mary is now wearing another hat as a Commercial Retail/Investment sales specialist. Having long been intrigued by the intersection of Retail Business in New York from Fashion to Food to Home Style. Mary is keenly aware of the current trends and is excited by the preponderance of amazing artisanal, hand crafted shops that have cropped up along long standing retail brands. Mary is now taking all of her skills from residential real estate sales, recruiting and coaching and channeling it into the retail brokerage world. She feels lucky to be mentored by the legendary Steve Asch who has more than Forty years' experience, Steve has mentored some of the best in the business, and Mary is happy to add her name to that illustrious Roster. Mary holds a MSW in Social Work from Hunter College and post-graduate certifications from Coach University and the Helix training program and is an Active Toastmaster, currently serving as Area Director for District 46. |
